Local Government PSC
The Professional Skills Course (PSC) is the final, compulsory part of your training before you qualify as a solicitor. So if you intend to work in local government, it’s important to select the right PSC with content tailored to your future career.
Our PSC programme for local government trainees has been developed in association with Solicitors in Local Government (SLG), so you can be sure it’s the perfect PSC to set you on your way to a successful career in local government law.
The programme runs over two years and comprises two tailored residential courses (timed to coincide with the annual Local Government Weekend School) and one further core module and elective to be chosen from our main PSC programme.
The Local Government Weekend School is the major training event for qualified local government lawyers, making this the perfect opportunity to receive tailored training while building your professional network.
Please see our course information web page for further details of our Local Government PSC.
