Persuasive oral evidence in Court is often central to successful litigation. Both lay and expert witnesses can benefit from an understanding of the trial process and the nature of examination, and from practising their answering techniques.
The College of Law offers a unique in-house training programme covering all aspects of witness and courtroom familiarisation training.
This course helps prepare those likely to appear in any court tribunal as a witness, and is accredited for six CPD hours.
