Three routes
Public courses
Our corporate, commercial and finance law courses are delivered at our London Moorgate centre and are designed specifically for lawyers who are new to a practice area or those wishing to refresh their knowledge. All courses are ideal for junior (0-3PQE) lawyers. The online timetable lists forthcoming dates.
All the courses are delivered as part of a structured public programme over the year providing comprehensive training which delegates can rely on to cover the areas of practice most relevant to them. Delegates can choose to attend as few or as many as are required to suit their training needs.

In-house delivery
For firms with a large number of lawyers with similar training requirements, our in-house courses are often the most convenient and cost-effective option. In-house courses are delivered by one of the College’s own highly experienced trainers with timing and location to suit the firm. The course can be run at your firm’s own premises, the College’s facilities or at an appropriate third party venue nationwide. Many firms that run these courses in-house often use this training as part of an introductory structured programme for their junior transactional lawyers

Consortia
We organise and administer training for consortia of firms who want to receive the same structured training courses. There is currently a Corporate Consortium and a Banking & Finance consortium established in London. Sessions can be delivered either at the College itself or in-house at one of the consortium’s premises.
