We provide a range of training for lawyers working in both commercial real estate and residential property, with a well-established strength in the delivery of structured training for junior solicitors in their first few years of practice or for those who want to develop their expertise in this important area of the law.
Our industry-leading commercial Real Estate Programme is delivered through consortia in London, Manchester and Birmingham, with over 50 leading law firms taking part. The courses are also available for delivery in-house at any firm.
The College is the only provider of the Qualification in Land Registration Law and Practice, delivering the programme in association with Land Registry. Since inception, hundreds of solicitors and conveyancers have successfully attained this qualification.
