Structured training
The College of Law offers structured training for private client lawyers, which is aimed at those in the first few years private client practice. The programme is delivered through a consortium in London and is also available for in-house delivery.
ACTAPS
The College of Law and the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS), have designed a training programme to develop and strengthen solicitors’ expertise in trusts and probate and keep existing specialists up to date with developments in their field.
