What subjects are covered by the College?

We offer a wide range of courses on everything from management and property to advocacy and corporate law. These are taught by some of the very best tutors in the country.

Who are the College’s courses designed for?

Our courses are designed for legal practitioners at all levels, whether newly qualified or at senior partner level. Over the years, we’ve trained more lawyers than anyone else including lawyers in private practice, in-house legal teams or the public sector.

Where are your courses offered?

You can choose to study at a number of locations around the country. Many of our courses are also offered on an in-house basis and can be adapted to meet a firm’s individual needs.

We also offer training on DVD through Legal Network Television – choose from 76 programmes that cover all major legal specialisms.

How often are courses updated?

We pride ourselves on providing relevant, up-to-date training. Innovative new courses are frequently introduced, often the first of their kind. With us, participants can be confident they are receiving learning that reflects the most current thinking.

What format do your courses take?

In addition to our public courses, we offer a range of unique structured training programmes, which offer training in small groups with interactive, workshop based training. These courses are both topical and practical, using case studies to build knowledge.

How are your courses delivered?

Delivery methods vary depending on the course you choose. Our structured training programmes are modular and delivered to suit the client. Others use distance learning and DVD training packages to teach in a flexible way. We also offer in-house programmes at a location of your choosing.

How can I manage my work while I’m studying?

Our course timetables are carefully designed to fit in with the needs of firms and individual lawyers. We’re here to enhance your skills, not prevent you doing your job.
