Objectives
The objectives of the training session are to enable participants to:
- Understand changes to the mechanics of setting up a company
- Have a overview of situations when a general meeting will be needed under the new law
- Draft and comment on articles of association for new and existing companies
- Prepare for changes to the position of company officers and shareholders
