Companies Act - Overview
Duration
This is a three hour training session, qualifying for 3 CPD hours.
Objectives
The objectives of the training session are to enable participants to:
- have an overview of the changes that will affect all companies, both public and private, of every size as a result of the Companies Act 2006 coming into force
- be up to date with the proposed changes and follow them into final form as implementation process advances
- plan for the obvious changes in the way clients are advised
