  1. Print off a copy of the booking form 

  2. Complete the booking form in BLOCK CAPITALS

  3. Return the form and payment (if paying by cheque) to The College of Law, Customer Contact Centre (LL.M), Braboeuf Manor, Portsmouth Road, Guildford, Surrey, GU3 1HA, United Kingdom
