Your stepping stone
Our GDL is not just an academic conversion course – it’s the perfect stepping stone towards a successful legal career for non-law graduates. We’ve designed our course to meet the realities of today’s legal market and to give you the practical skills to become a highly marketable lawyer. And all of your training will be delivered by qualified lawyers with hands-on experience.
When you successfully complete our GDL and go on to pass the LPC or BVC at the College, you’ll graduate with an LL.B law degree – a clear demonstration of your abilities to prospective employers.
Flexible part-time options
In addition to our full-time GDL, we offer a range of two-year part-time study options, allowing students to combine study with full-time work or other commitments. This flexible approach allows you to manage your time and your finances so that you get the most from your course. And if you’re studying part-time, there are still plenty of opportunities to meet and work with fellow students and to hone your legal skills through our practice-related activities.

"The course is clearly structured with a detailed yet easy to follow course outline. There is a wide spectrum of learning tools available to every student and the tutors are easily accessible and always happy to assist if you need their help."
