Prepare for your Career in Law
The College of Law is pleased to introduce the Prepare for your Career in Law programme.
Get commercially aware
This is a programme of free training resources for prospective solicitors and barristers, which includes access to three College of Law i-Tutorials: Life as a Trainee Solicitor, Life as a Pupil Barrister and Forms of Business.
The programme is designed to increase the commercial awareness of prospective solicitors and barristers; to give them a better idea of what life will be like in practice and to prepare them for their trainee interviews.

Hear from Patrick McCann, Head of Training & Development, Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP about why commercial acumen is important to law firms. |
We have planned the course to be convenient and effective so that future lawyers can access the training when and where they like to gain the knowledge and information they need.
To take part in this course, go to www.college-of-law.co.uk/register-me and follow the links.
The i-Tutorials are typical of those used on the College’s GDL and LPC courses, so this programme also gives prospective College of Law students a taster of the College’s e-learning materials.
