Legal updates
What we aim to do in this legal updates section is to collect together important recent developments in the law and refer you to them. However, please note that there will not be updates of this level of importance every month. Where there are no updates of this nature in a particular month, we will say so. The section will be reviewed every month, so we suggest you look at it on a monthly basis.
Please note carefully that you can be assessed on information found in the "Legal updates" section in both eTMAs and the examinations.
NB: as indicated in your Study Guide, you will always have access during the module to new and updated material via the databases which are part of your module package. These databases are updated frequently (often daily).
