Management Course Stage 1 (MC1) is a compulsory Solicitors Regulation Authority course to be taken after qualification and before the end of the third full CPD year. Our one-day face-to-face course uses a realistic law firm scenario and financial case study to deliver practical training on the fundamentals of law firm management. Courses are available on a public or in-house basis.

The College of Law is an acknowledged provider of Higher Rights Advocacy Assessments and also provides the relevant training for such assessments. By these means, we aim to provide Dispute Resolution solicitors with the skills and qualifications required for practice. Courses are available for both Civil and Criminal practitioners, and are provided on both a public and in-house basis.
