Qualifications in Land Registration Law & Practice

This course is a structured two-stage programme of study made up of a certificate and a diploma. It was developed in partnership with the Land Registry and is designed for anyone with an interest in land and property, either as a conveyancing professional or in any other capacity.

The certificate course is suitable for secretarial staff, para-legals and other conveyancing staff with no formal legal training. The diploma, which is CPD accredited and is aimed at qualified conveyancers or as a next-step after the certificate.

Accreditation for diploma course

We're delighted to announce that our Land Registry Diploma course has been accredited for 80 credits at Honours Level by The College of Law's Academic Board. This applies to courses starting from September 2009 onwards.

This means that all students who successfully complete both years of the course will be awarded a Graduate Diploma worth 80 credits at Honours Level. These credits may then be used towards degree programmes at other institutions.
