Where am I?  Contact 4 Kids

Contact 4 Kids

When families break up, often parties’ emotions run high. However, it is important to recognise that your childrens’ needs come first and they should be kept out of any disputes.

However, often problems arise over the absent parent or indeed grandparents continuing to see the children and can even lead to children losing touch with such important family members.

Contact 4 Kids is a unique free telephone advice line which provides both absent parents and grandparents with a life line.

Its mission statement is very clear – contact is the right of the child and therefore Contact 4 Kids will do its utmost to promote and achieve that.  It provides a service to assist absent parents and grandparents re-establish and maintain a meaningful relationship with the children.

We will provide comprehensive free legal advice to a parent or grandparent experiencing difficulties concerning contact issues. We will even help you draft the necessary paperwork to get the matter to court. Sometimes we can act as McKenzie Friend for you, and help you in court.

Advice is given by student lawyers from the College of Law under the supervision of qualified solicitors.
