  1. The College of Law reserves the right to edit vacancies for clarity, brevity or for other justifiable reasons. 
  2. We reserve the right to refuse to place an advertisement if, in our opinion, it is not in the interests of our students, the Careers Service or the College.
  3. Advertisers should ensure that vacancies submitted to us meet all requirements of current employment and equal opportunities legislation. 
  4. The online service is provided free of charge, and every effort is made to keep the site up and running. However The College of Law gives no warranty of any kind in relation to this service which is provide on an “as is” and “as available” basis. 
  5. To the maximum extent permitted, the College of Law will not be liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience to an employer, advertiser, applicant or any other user, resulting from the use of this service.  
  6. The Careers Service acts as a conduit between recruiters and candidates, and unless explicitly stated, cannot vouch for either party. 
  7. This service is provided to assist with the recruitment into specific positions and must not be used to collect a ‘bank’ of CVs for distribution to third parties, other than to fill the vacancy or vacancies specified in the initial advertisement. 
  8. We may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the service or content at any time.
