David Yates, Chairman, is Warden of Robinson College, Cambridge. He was previously a Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Baker & McKenzie, and Foundation Professor of Law and a Pro-Vice-Chancellor of the University of Essex.

Jonathan Haw, Deputy Chairman, retired as a partner of Slaughter and May in May 2002 having been with that firm for 34 years.

Guy Beringer

 

 




Guy Beringer, Deputy Chairman, was Senior Partner at Allen & Overy until July 2008. He is a non-executive member of the Board of Her Majesty's Courts Service. He was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 2006 (honoris causa) for his contributions to pro bono and legal services.

Sir Robert Finch

 

 

 


Sir Robert Finch is a consultant with Linklaters, former Chairman of Liberty International plc, a former Lord Mayor of London, an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and sits on many other charitable and Corporation of London committees. He is Chairman of Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Trust and a member of the Council of Lloyds of London.

Pauline Molyneux

 

 

 


Pauline Molyneux is a retired Partner in Rollits and is a part time Chairman of Employment Tribunals. She is a Trustee of the University Women’s Club London and a former lecturer at The College of Law.

Edward Nally

 

 




Edward Nally is a past President of the Law Society and a Partner at Fieldings Porter. He is the Diocesan Solicitor to Salford R. C. Diocese and is Chair of Governors at Pendleton Sixth Form College. He has served as Non-Executive Director of the Bolton Family Health Services Authority.

Mark Harding

 

 




Mark Harding is General Counsel at Barclays PLC. A graduate of Jesus College, Cambridge, and The College of Law, he has worked at Clifford Chance and UBS, the Swiss bank. In addition to various financial commitments, he sits on the board of the London City Mission.

Gwendoline Davies

 

 




Gwendoline Davies is a Partner at Walker Morris and is Head of the firm’s Commercial Dispute Resolution Group. Gwendoline joined Walker Morris from City firm Herbert Smith and has been a partner since 1994. She is an accredited mediator with the Centre of Dispute Resolution and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Roger Finbow is a consultant at Ashurst LLP where until recently he was Managing Partner, Corporate Department. He is a Governor of Seckford Foundation, a Member of Mansfield College Development Board and a Member of management board, City Solicitors Educational Trust. He is also director of Ipswich Town plc and a member of the development board of Mansfield College, Oxford.
