The College has not inspected any of the accommodation or checked its condition, or that it is safe or suitable for students or that the landlord has insurance against public liability. The College cannot be held responsible for or in any respect of the condition, suitability or safety of any of the listed properties.The College has not tested any appliances, equipment, fixtures, fittings or services and so cannot verify they are in working order or fit for their purpose. Students must rely on their own inspection. Landlords provide all information regarding property and it is the responsibility of students to check accommodation themselves.

- The College of Law offers the Housemate Finder as an information only service to all College students who have accepted a place on the course
- The College of Law cannot take responsibility or become involved in any disputes or letting issues between housemates and/or private landlords as a result of the Housemate Finder database
- personal details posted on the database are provided by individual students and The College of Law cannot take responsibility for the content of this information
- students are required to add and remove their own details, as and when appropriate.The database will be monitored and if the service is misused or any offensive entries are posted, they will be automatically removed
- if a student's details remain on the database for more than six months, they will be automatically removed by the College
