Associates Management Development Programme
course overview

What?

Our Associates Management Development Programme is a flexible series of seven short face-to-face modules designed to develop the competencies required for success as a senior lawyer. Aimed at associate solicitors, it builds on the skills and knowledge developed in Management Course Stage 1 and looks in more depth at a range of aspects of law firm management.
